Program setup pending. This website does not currently collect SMS opt-ins or enroll you in a texting program. These terms do not create consent or permit unsolicited messages.

Your choice comes first

If an active messaging program is offered, participation requires separate affirmative consent appropriate to the message type. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Sending us an email or viewing this site does not enroll you.

What messages may cover

Depending on your specific consent and relationship with us, messages may concern an inquiry, property services, project coordination or a stay. Promotional messages require the appropriate separate consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of an active program. A confirmation message may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for support, or contact our contact email or call (321) 257-2872. If you change or relinquish your number, please notify us.

Delivery and privacy

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process data only to deliver and support the program. See our privacy policy.

Before any program launches

Sender registration, consent records, disclosures, suppression and opt-out handling must be operational before messages are sent. Any future enrollment flow will identify the program and provide the applicable terms.
